  • Unaudited design: the batch rules have not been reviewed by an auditor. Audit status: TBD.
  • Simulated data: balances and counterparties are generated. Real batches would have different, possibly thin, participation.
  • Reference price dependence: the venue relies on an outside price. If that price is wrong or stale, so is the midpoint. The price guard limits but does not remove this risk.
  • Regulatory requirements: venues that match orders in tokenised stocks may need licences or approvals in some places. No such review has been done.
